ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCESS

Conference papers and workshops are invited on general topics listed below. Abstracts should be 250 words maximum, and written in ENGLISH. Abstracts should reflect the title, name of the Author, Institution of Affiliation, and best contact information. The abstracts should be typed in a clear typeface like Times New Roman, Calbri, or Calbri Light Font size 12 or 13, and saved in an editable file format (NO PDFs PLEASE)

When you've finished the submission

Submitted abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the conference’s Scientific Organizing Committee. You will receive a confirmation email with after your Abstract Submission has been successfully submitted. You can view or edit your abstract by informing the review committee via abstract email. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please contact Conference organizing Supporting team.

AFTER SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACT: WHEN WILL I FIND OUT MY RESULTS?

Email notification of programming decisions will come from the secretariat shortly after the expiry of deadlines and the working program will be posted to the web site. The notification will include specific presentation instructions. All selected contributions will be included in the conference’s book of abstracts/proceedings. The quality of science and relevance to the conference themes and topics will be the sole criteria applied by Scientific Organizing Committee to select the abstract.

Important information for the CO – AUTHORS

  • Please note a single registration permits only one person to attend the conference
  • If the co-authors would like to attend the conference, their registration and payment are required to be made independently.
  • The certificate will be issued to co-authors upon their registration/payment for the conference.
